Handmade to Order
Every Been Framed creation is handmade to order, which means your frame will be carefully crafted just for you. Please allow 5–10 working days for your frame to be made before it is dispatched.
In total, please allow up to 2–3 weeks from order to delivery. I’ll always let you know if your order can be ready sooner.
I’ll send you a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when your frame has been dispatched with tracking information where available.
UK Delivery
- Standard UK delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Tracked delivery available on all orders
- Free standard delivery on orders over £50
- Orders under £50: delivery from £3.95
How Are Frames Packaged?
Each frame is carefully wrapped in protective tissue paper and bubble wrap, then placed in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. I take packaging seriously because I know how much your frame means to you.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is included free with every order. Each frame arrives beautifully presented, ready to give straight from the box.
International Delivery
I primarily deliver within the UK. If you’re based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact me at info@beenframed.co.uk and I’ll do my best to arrange shipping for you. Additional charges may apply for international orders.
What If I’m Not Home?
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will usually leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. You’ll receive a notification card or email with details of where your parcel has been left or how to arrange redelivery.
Damaged in Transit
If your frame arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it, along with photographs of the packaging and the damage. I’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
