What are your frames made from?

Each frame is handcrafted using a solid box frame with high quality mounts, precision-cut lettering and layered paper artwork. The materials are carefully chosen to ensure durability and a premium finish.

Are the frames really handmade?

Yes, every single frame is made by hand, by me, right here in the North West of England. Nothing is mass-produced or assembled from a kit. Each piece is individually crafted with care and attention to detail.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! I love creating bespoke frames for special occasions. Whether you have a specific colour scheme, wording, or theme in mind, just get in touch via my Contact page and we can discuss your ideas.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because each frame is handmade to order, please allow 5–10 working days for creation. Delivery is then typically 2–3 working days within the UK via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service. In total, please allow up to 2–3 weeks from order to delivery. I’ll always keep you updated on progress.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, I primarily ship within the UK. If you’re based outside the UK and would like to order, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to arrange something for you.

How should I care for my frame?

Your frame is designed to last. Simply dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid placing in direct sunlight for extended periods to keep the colours vibrant. Do not use water or cleaning products on the frame.

Can I include my own photos in a frame?

Yes — every frame includes a window designed for you to add your own photo, so you can personalise it with the picture that means most to you. Photo size guidance is included with each product. If you’d like a fully bespoke design built around a specific photograph, just get in touch via my Contact page.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely and your card details are never stored on our site.

What if my frame arrives damaged?

I take great care packaging every frame, but if anything arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and I’ll arrange a replacement or full refund. See our Refund & Returns page for full details.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes — gift wrapping is included free with every order. Each frame arrives beautifully presented and ready to give straight from the box.
